History

On Sept. 13, 1999 Omid Rey Construction and development Company started it operations aimed at concentrating and development the operation connected to planning, consultation, control and execution of the projects belonging to Rey Investment Company on one hand and putting emphasis on the promotion of such operations to provide other applicants with their required services inside or outside of the country on the other hand. This company was registered on the same date in Tehran Companies and Industrial Ownership Registration Department under No. 154852. This company has been graded 2 in building construction, 5 in installations and 5 in transportation by Management and Planning Organization of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

As per Article 2 of its Articles of Association, the subject of its activities includes:

Design, consultation, supervision, execution and partnership in the construction of steel and concrete structure buildings, construction of office, commercial and residential buildings, construction of complexes, conclusion of contract with real or legal persons, benefiting from foreign currency or Rial facilities of banks, importation, exportation, purchase and sale of any type of authorized goods, equipment and machinery somehow related to the subject of the company and establishing branches inside or outside of the country and obtaining and executing representation of foreign or domestic companies.
